Anxiety, depression and other mental health issues can affect any of us. With over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist in a range of settings, I have listened to many people talk of their experiences. I want to help you move forward and to be able to get on with your life again. Even if talking is difficult for you I will try and make the process easier by structuring the sessions to suit you.
I will provide a safe space to try and help. The pressures of modern day living and the things that are thrown at us in life can make us feel overwhelmed at times. We can then put ourselves under pressure to get through them on our own.
Whether it is depression, anxiety or somethings else, being able to share and explore these issues with a professional can be very helpful. Therapy provides a way to understand difficulties and why we struggle sometimes.
I want to help you move forward with your life. I aim to achieve this by providing a comfortable space, listening to your concerns, and agreeing a treatment plan that works for you.
